Purpose: The module will equip students with practical knowledge, skills and attitudes of social work as a generic practice to
identify, assess, plan and implement appropriate social work intervention processes in practice with individual, couples, families, groups and communities under supervision of a social worker in a welfare organisation from a developmental approach. The module will enable students to apply various theories, approaches, techniques and intervention models in an integrated manner within varying contexts. Students will be able to integrate theory into practice relevant to the ethics, principles and values of social work. |
