| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to advance students' expertise and skills in managing an international business and its e-commerce dynamics; using a proactive approach for businesses that operate across international borders. It provides scientific and theoretical insight into the complexity of international business operations and the e-commerce dynamics that enhances successful international business operations. It covers the processes involved in identifying international business opportunities, and how to exploit same in a strategic manner. It prepares potential global managers for the challenges of operating internationally and exposes them to various compartments of business management in a global context. |
