Purpose: This module will empower students to create and manage contracts and tenders in the landscaping industry. Students who complete this module will be able to: Discuss/apply legislative requirements with regard to contract management and tendering. Create specifications and scope of work for tenders and administer tendering procedures. Create different types of contracts and tender documents commonly used for projects in the landscaping industry. As the client, manage landscape contracts. As the contractor, liaise with the client directly or through the project manager.
