| Purpose: The purpose of this module is for students to gain knowledge, skills, attitudes and competencies to analyse and solve problems relating to the general principles of the law of delict and specific forms of delict, as well as basic research skills in the practice of law. This module seeks to incorporate aspects of Constitutional transformation and Ubuntu. It also encourages and promotes engagement with critical core delictual principles from a constitutional perspective. |
