| Purpose: This module will be useful to students who need to develop an integrated knowledge base about strategically managing the development of human resources and managerial and organisational competencies in the 21st century workplace, to help mainly South African organisations and working people perform well in complex, changing and competitive environments. People credited with this module can demonstrate integrated knowledge of and insight into strategic and operational aspects related to the management of training and development in organisations, including aspects pertaining to various pressing needs and issues in South Africa and other African countries, and concomitant targeted interventions. |
