Recommendation: Students should enrol for this module as soon as possible after completing MAT2691.
Purpose: Students completing this module will be able to solve first-order ordinary differential equations and second order ordinary differential equations using the method of undermined coefficients, solve any order differential equations using d-operators and laplace transforms, to find the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of matrix and write the Fourier series of a function. This module will assist students to develop their mathematical knowledge and analytical skills to support and advance their studies in the field of engineering.
