| Purpose: Of this module is to provide students with knowledge of the fundamental principles of organisational behaviour, and to introduce students to core theories around the nature of organisations. The knowledge gained in this module will allow students to examine the functioning of an organisation at individual, group and management levels. The module will highlight the role of communication in management and strategy in order to develop students' skills in the application and management of organisational behaviour and change management. |
