Purpose: The purpose of the module is to equip students with the knowledge and skills in performing personality- and organisational development-based types of tests under different levels of supervision for individual, team and organisational development, performance improvement and job selection in diverse employment settings while adhering to best practice, ethical and legislative standards and guidelines for psychometry relevant to the South African and African context.
