Purpose: of this module will be useful to students who will be assisting farmers and the agricultural communities as consultants on the production of crops for sale or household consumption. It provides a well-rounded look at crop production systems. It is aimed at training undergraduate students on different methods of production and protection of field crops from cultivation to processing stage. Students credited with this module will be able to demonstrate and explain how to grow high yielding and high-quality crops.
