| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to introduce students to the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) approach. This module will focus on ITSM processes and functions that are used to deliver information technology (IT) services to organisations. Students will gain an understanding of the concepts, benefits and terminology contained within ITSM. Those who achieve this module will receive a basic understanding of frameworks that are within ITSM and the importance of aligning IT with business. |
