| Purpose: This module equips learners with skills of project management in a structured way. It focuses on projects as a way of facilitating communities to identify effective strategies for assessing needs, initiating, planning, managing and evaluating projects, using resources available in their own environments or externally, and which results in gaining greater control over conditions that affect their lives.
The module will develop knowledge and skills in the application of adult and community education and training principles, project planning and implementation, facilities planning, personnel management, community and client relations, budgeting and administration, professional standards, and applicable laws and policies. |
