Purpose: Students who successfully complete this module will be able to analyse the structure of peptides and proteins and will be able to explain how changes in these structures may contribute to disease. Students will also be able to differentiate between various laboratory techniques that generate the structural data needed to tease out the role of these macromolecules in health or disease.
