| Purpose: The purpose of learning in this module is to enable students to apply well-rounded and detailed knowledge about relevant principles and theories of leader behaviour in a local and global industrial and organisational context to address complex problems in a reflective, evidence-based and theory-driven manner. Students will be able to evaluate and developing various levels of leader behaviour according to ethical and professional standards to develop appropriate insights for responsible leadership in service of improved organisational effectiveness. |
