| Purpose: After completing this module, students will be able to critically analyse public financial management, as expressed by public institutions operating at provincial and national level. It will be useful to students who are preparing themselves for a career in public financial management within the public sector. Students will be introduced to important aspects in performance measurement and reporting. The focus is also on identification and utilisation of other sources of revenue and internal control in the public sector.
