Purpose: The purpose of the module is to equip students with the ability to demonstrate a practical and functional understanding of the public management world of work. Students will be able to use a range of specialised skills to identify, analyse and address functional and real-life problems in the workplace, applying evidence-based solutions drawing on appropriate ethical values and approaches in public management. Lastly students will be able to identify, evaluate and address learning tasks autonomously, professionally, responsibly and ethically with due consideration of their continued professional growth and development.
