| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to build an understanding of how to do practical research and produce a research report in the discipline of Police Science. The main focus of the module is to develop critical skills and knowledge for producing a problem statement, conducting a literature review, applying the different research methodologies and methods in to address the selecting research problems in the field of Police Science, as well as to generate findings, conclusions and make recommendations on research conducted. This module will equip students with the knowledge and skills, as well as the ability to compile a report on the findings of research done. |
