| Purpose: The purpose of the module is to equip students with the competencies required to plan, execute and write an acceptable academic research project report in Human Resource Management. Students will be able to gather, analyse, evaluate and apply knowledge and reason and debate in an area of research aligned to Human resource management. Students will also be able to compile a research proposal that is written academically including the formulation of a topic, problem statement and integrating research methodologies aligned to problem solving in an area of study related to Human Resource Management. |
