| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to enable students to plan and manage efficiently and effectively the provision of sea transport services, the facilities necessary for sea operations and the supporting infrastructure. Successful students will apply the theoretical concepts that are related to the shipping industry, the national and international environment within which it operates, and the functions performed by a sea transport enterprise so that decisions are economically efficient and effectively made. |
