| Purpose: The module focuses on the development of pedagogical content knowledge related to matter and materials and structures as part of Natural Science and Technology Education. It specifically deals with how to teach and assess the school curriculum more effectively by using an appropriate range of strategies to enhance learner engagement in diverse contexts and for diverse learning needs.
This focus will add value to both B.Ed. and ACT graduates whose previous studies will have focused much more on the development of the teachers' subject content knowledge in cognate disciplinary fields. |
