| Purpose: Of this module is to further students' learning of the knowledge and skills of Mandarin in the previous module - MAN3703, and continue to develop the students' communicative ability in Mandarin. The student who completes this module will be able to understand language materials in more sectors of social life, produce more accurate sentences on familiar topics in description and explanation, and compose simple passages or connect basic passages. In addition, he/she will know introductory Chinese cultural and develop preliminary cross-cultural awareness and international perspectives.
