Lodge a complaint

Before you lodge your complaint, please confirm the following:

feel aggrieved by the inadequate service and administration malpractice
have exhausted other internal complaints remedies and procedures
have checked the university’s enquiry information for the list of available avenues and have exhausted them
have approached the Student Communication Centre in trying to resolve your query, by calling the number 0800 00 1870
have sent an email to the relevant department or College but have not received adequate response
have always used my mylife email account in case of students and official Unisa email address in case of staff members, in communicating with the university including the Ombudsman Office
