Purpose statement:
The purpose of this workshop will be to improve capacity building of Health Care workers in both private and public health care sectors. Quality Assurance Programs ensure an organization is doing due diligence to maintain compliance, while improving customer service and satisfaction

Discuss the mandate, roles, power and responsibility of the Office of Health Standards and Compliance
Total Quality Management Principles and Application
Health Quality Assurance and Improvement Tools Induction.
Health Establishment Preparation, Assessment and Maintenance as a compliance facility
Discuss the concept of quality, dimensions of quality and standards and criteria.
What is the difference between quality assurance and quality improvement?
Discuss the approaches of quality assurance in an institution.
Describe the difference between quality assurance and quality control.
Describe core standards for health services and undertake assessments based on those standards.
Describe the concept and advocate for "patient centeredness care "
