As the world emerges from one of the most unsettling pandemics, whilst remaining embroiled in more conflicts across the globe than at any time since WWII, and facing fast-paced and increasingly unnerving technology changes, the complexity of leadership challenges becomes ever more clear. This context calls for individuals, teams, organisations, and societies to take pause and consider how to remain relevant, agile and resilient in an ever-evolving future. It is against this backdrop that we shift focus and ask what is the contribution of consulting psychology in an ever-evolving context? How has the discipline repositioned and embrace the advances in technology to keep on moving forward? How has Consulting Psychology’s research focus created its future and optimise the value add to individuals, teams and organisations? How can we celebrate Consulting Psychology’s contributions as part of envisaging its continued value-add?
