JA Wiid is a Professor in Marketing at the Department of Marketing and Retail Management, Unisa. Prof Wiid supervises and co-supervises masters and doctoral studies. He published extensively in the field of marketing and business management in international and national accredited journals, he also authored and co-authored several marketing and business management textbooks and has presented numerous papers at international and national conferences.

S Makgopa is an Associate Professor in Marketing at the Department of Marketing and Retail Management, Unisa. Prof Makgopa supervises and co-supervises master’s and doctoral studies. He published extensively in the field of marketing and business management; he also co-authored business management textbooks and has presented numerous papers at international and national conferences. His research focus areas include branding, consumer behaviour, digital marketing, energy studies, service innovation, motor vehicle retailing, corporate social responsibility, personal finance, and student support.


Prof Nkosinamandla Shezi

Prof Shezi is a Professor of Marketing in the Department of Marketing and Retail Management (DMRM) at the University of South Africa (UNISA). He specialises in Sport Marketing and has an established research profile, with numerous publications in accredited national and international journals. His scholarly contributions also include book chapter authorship and involvement in book editing.

His research output, Prof Shezi is actively engaged in postgraduate supervision, serving as both a supervisor and co-supervisor for Master’s and PhD students. Furthermore, he has participated extensively in academic conferences, where he has presented research papers at both local and international conferences.
