In collaboration with the Department of Basic Education (DBE), the College of Education (CEDU) has deployed information communication and technology (ICT) infrastructure (i.e. laptops, connectivity, video conference and printing/scanning) at the 34 teacher centres to provide Unisa students with online access and support, facilitated by on-site administrators to ensure effective and efficient service.   

In addition to the 34 teacher centres, which are DBE physical sites located in various provincial districts, the DBE is making available 60+ teacher centres resourced by Vodacom for Unisa to provide ICT access to students.
