Dr. Racheal Mafumbate is a Senior Lecturer with over 15 years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts. She holds a PhD in Psychology, specializing in Career Counselling and Life Orientation Skills. Her research focuses on wellness, Ubuntu philosophy, career guidance, and psychosocial issues affecting orphans, disadvantaged communities, gender groups, and juvenile offenders.
At the University of Eswatini, she supervises postgraduate research, publishes widely, and contributes to academic development. She has authored over 25 journal articles, 10 book chapters, and a book.
Dr. Mafumbate serves as External Examiner for several universities and as Internal Examiner and Senate member at Eswatini, shaping academic policies while inspiring students and colleagues through teaching, mentorship, and community engagement.
