Emmanuel Pereso Aliceu Jovo is Director of the Technological Center for Distance Learning and lecturer at Joaquim Chissano University. From 2014 to 2020, he served as Academic Director at ISAP, following his role as Deputy Coordinator of a training program for Ministry of Agriculture staff.

He also coordinated the “Expansion of Professional Higher Education in Public Administration” project funded by FDI. Emmanuel is a PhD candidate in Development and Society at Eduardo Mondlane University, with degrees in International Relations, Journalism, Philosophy, Law, and Educational Communication.

A specialist in Local Economic Development, he trains administrators, teachers, and students in virtual learning environments, consults on Moodle platforms, and has coordinated impactful institutional development projects.
