Rashiadah Weaver is a distinguished student scholar, civic leader, and advocate for educational equity with over three years of experience in leadership, governance, and student engagement. A first‑generation student and Summa Cum Laude graduate of Cuyahoga Community College, she is pursuing a combined BA and MPA at Cleveland State University, where she is a Mandel Continuing Scholar and member of the Mandel Honors College.

Her leadership includes serving as Board Student Scholar at Tri‑C, representing 40,000 students before the Board of Trustees. At CSU, she supports communications and programming for the Honors College and Center for Campus Engagement. Honored as a Phi Theta Kappa scholar and Tau Sigma President, she embodies resilience, service, and equity.
