Prof Moshin Javed
Registrar at the Virtual University of Pakistan

Prof Dr. Javed is Quality Enhancement and Registrar at the Virtual University of Pakistan and currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology. He earned his PhD in Plant Sciences from GC University Lahore and completed postdoctoral research at UCLA and ISU under the Fulbright Program.

He has held leadership roles including Director of the Institute of Industrial Biotechnology at GCU Lahore, Director of Quality Enhancement, and Registrar at VU. Dr. Javed contributed to national ODL policy and academic regulations, and led the Digital Skills Training Program for Southern Balochistan, reaching 13,000 learners.

Recognized with the HEC Best Teacher Award (2012) and Presidential Medal of Merit (2011), he has published over 50 research papers.
