Prof. Obhajajie Juliet Inegbedion is Professor of Educational Administration and Planning at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), with expertise in higher education management, quality assurance, education policy, monitoring and evaluation, open and distance learning, digital education, and entrepreneurship education.

She has held pioneering leadership roles at NOUN, including First Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education, First Director of Entrepreneurship and General Studies, and currently Director of Quality Assurance. Prof. Inegbedion has advanced initiatives in digital literacy, virtual learning platforms, entrepreneurship incubation, and programme development.

Internationally, she has served as ICDE Focal Point on Quality for Africa and consultant to the Commonwealth of Learning. She is widely published and recognized for promoting access, equity, and quality.
